Logging into the TrustEngine App
To access the TrustEngine App, Loan Officers and Branch Managers can visit the PlayStore (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS), search for TrustEngine App, and download to your mobile device.
Login to the TrustEngine App requires the following:
- Your company has been provisioned by TrustEngine.
- You have a TrustEngine login.
- The login will always use your work email address.
- If your company has historically used Sales Boomerang, your username and password credentials for the app are the same as your login to Sales Boomerang.
- If your company has not previously used Sales Boomerang, the work email address that your company’s TrustEngine Administrator provides in a user roster will be used to provision initial access to the app. Once you have downloaded TrustEngine App:
- Click the Sign Up link on the Welcome to TrustEngine screen.
- Enter your company email address as provided by your Administrator.
- Enter a password to use going forward.
Note: Initial access to the TrustEngine App is part of your TrustEngine Platform implementation process. Access to the TrustEngine App post-Implementation takes 1-2 business days from the time of request. Then use the steps above to set your password.
Changing Your TrustEngine App Password
If you need to change your password for accessing the TrustEngine App, follow the steps on our Support page, linked here: TrustEngine App and Sales Boomerang Dashboard
Note: Even if you have not historically been a Sales Boomerang user, your credentials are currently the same in our backend systems. Changing your password per the linked instructions will also change your TrustEngine App password.
