The TrustEngine Customer Portal was designed to be a dynamic, user-friendly interface, empowering you with access to curated reports and insights (Admin only). As an Administrator or Leader with designated access, you can use this Customer Portal as your dedicated hub for your Organization.
Accessing the Portal:
Use your Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials to log into the TrustEngine Customer Portal. You can bookmark the link below for easy access to your Customer Portal.
Web Address: https://portal.trustengine.com/
User ID: Your company email
If you do not know your password, you can click the "Forgot Password?" button to receive an email containing a password link to follow. If the email is not received or shown in your spam folder, you can reach out to support@trustengine.com for assistance.
The Customer Portal will have Reporting and Training Materials for your organization, all in one location for easy access.
Reporting:
Reporting is available for Admins for your Organization (LOs will not see this reporting):
- Opportunity Detail Report
- Borrower Records Report
Training Material:
- View previous training sessions held for your organization to share with newer LOs added to your Org or refreshers for LOs that may request training materials to watch at their convenience.
- Links are provided for our Daily Training Events, hosted weekly by our training team.
