You can launch a refinance presentation directly from a TrustEngine Opportunity.
When you start from an opportunity, the app automatically fills in the borrower’s current mortgage details, saving you time, eliminating manual entry, and removing the need to hunt down information in your CRM.
What it populates for you:
When available, we will populate the following fields for you automatically. When data is unavailable, we will leave it blank.
- Borrower First & Last Name
- Borrower Phone and/or Email
- Current Estimated Property Value
- Property Address
- Loan Amount
- Original Interest Rate
- Loan Type
- Loan Term
- Loan Funded Date
How to Start a Presentation from an Opportunity:
- Tap on an opportunity from the inbox tab of the MortgageCoach App
- Tap on the “New Presentation +” button found under the Solution Box.
Review the imported mortgage details, then continue with the creation process.
Current Limitations:
For some opportunity types, such as Mortgage Inquiry and Listing, we may not have current mortgage details for the selected borrower. In these cases, we recommend building a purchase presentation with general estimates, such as the average home value in the borrower's area.
FAQ
What determines what data is available to be pre-populated? - We source field data from records that were added to the TrustEngine Platform and match with public records to ensure we have the latest loan information. In some instances, we may not have every field. When we do not have this information, we will leave the field blank.
