The Toolbar provides Loan Officers with quick access to essential actions directly from the Preview & Highlight page, eliminating the need to return to the Editor. It's a small change that makes a big difference in the day-to-day workflow.
Everything in one place
Until now, key actions lived in different places. Edit and clear highlights were available in the Preview and Highlight page, but recording a video or switching layouts required going into the Editor. The Toolbar brings all of it together in one place, in the exact moment LOs need it.
Works across both Presentation layouts
The Toolbar looks and works the same in Classic and Guided Presentations. LOs don't have to think about where things are depending on which layout they're using. It's consistent, familiar, and always within reach.

Key Features and Actions
Move: Reposition the Toolbar anywhere on your screen by pressing and dragging the "Move" button. The Toolbar will remember this position the next time you open a presentation.
Switch Layout: Toggle between Guided and Classic layouts directly from the page.
Edit Benefits: Modify benefits without leaving the page (available in Guided layout only).
Clear Highlights: Removes all highlights from the current presentation.
Record Video: Record a new video or attach an existing one to the presentation while staying on the page.
Share: Generates a borrower link and automatically copies it to your clipboard.
