How to Use the Mortgage Option Shortcuts

With Add Product from Template, you start a new loan option from one of your saved product templates. The template fills in the details for you, so you only update what's different for this borrower.

With Copy From Another Product, you start a new loan option from a product that's already in your presentation. MortgageCoach copies that product's details into the new option, and you change only what you need, such as the rate, term, or loan amount.

• Best for similar options: Use Add Product from Template or Copy From Another Product when most of the details stay the same from one loan option to the next.
• Review before you share: Check the details of each new option before you send the presentation to your borrower.
