Improve borrower views and interactions reporting on Desktop

Feature improvements have been brought to Presentation viewed notifications on the mobile app, bring those improvements to Desktop. 

- Date and Time of when the Presentation was viewed
- Borrower interaction with the AI reporting
- Transcriptions from Borrower conversations with the AI
- Reports on clicks on specific elements within the Presentation
