Interest Only on Summary of a MortgageCoach presentation

When an Interest-Only Payment or HELOC/ARM Draw Period is entered, the full Monthly Payment will appear on the Summary Portion. Interest-Only payment can be seen in the Payment Stream and Payment Breakdown, but it is confusing for borrowers.

  Here are some screenshots: one shows what the Interest-Only payment is and where it's displayed, but the other shows how the total payment shows in full (suggestion of making it clear that it's not until after Interest-Only period).
