Following recent updates to the Open House Flyer layout, a long-time user has expressed concerns regarding the visual proportions and whitespace utilization on printed flyers.

Signature & Co-Branding Visibility: Increase the font and display size for agent/loan officer signatures and contact details, as they currently appear overly small and hard to read.

Layout & Whitespace Optimization: Better utilize the lower section of the page to eliminate large areas of blank space below the signature area, making the printed flyer feel more robust and balanced.

Overall Visual Impact: Restore a stronger, more prominent aesthetic for printed estimates/flyers so that shared presentations stand out to clients and real estate partners.
