MC: Support HTML/rich text in the TCA Welcome Message (so it can include clickable links)

Customer would like to request that the Welcome Message field in a TCA presentation support HTML or rich text formatting, specifically to allow clickable links. Currently, the field only accepts plain text, so any URL entered (for example, a link to a pre-approval letter, supporting document, or scheduling page) displays as raw text rather than a clickable link, requiring borrowers to copy and paste it manually.

Supporting links in the Welcome Message, consistent with how other fields in the presentation already display clickable links, would allow loan officers to share properly formatted resources directly in the first message borrowers see.
