This would be convenient for both LOs and clients. See picture for an example. You can make it option that can  be turned off for those who don't want it. Clients don't think in terms of LTV, they understand down payment percentages.

  Thanks for the suggestion! We agree that down payment percentages can be easier for borrowers to understand than LTV.

  Our Product team is considering it, including making it an optional setting. We’ll share an update here as we learn more.
