Construction and Renovation Cost Fields in TCA
User Request:
The user is requesting the addition of specific "Construction Cost" fields to the Total Cost Analysis (TCA) for construction and renovation loan scenarios.
Specific Needs:
- Actual Construction Costs: Add a dedicated field for construction/renovation costs to the TCA presentation, similar to how an existing mortgage payoff is displayed in a refinance scenario.
- Financing Scenarios: The system needs to account for scenarios involving:
- Lot acquisition plus construction costs.
- Existing lot debt/financing that needs to be paid off as part of the new construction loan.
- Goal: Provide a clearer breakdown of the total project cost (lot + construction) on the customer-facing TCA beyond just the "Construction Interest" currently available.

We’ve shared this feedback with our Product team, and it’s been added to our roadmap. We don’t have a timeline yet, but we’ll update this post as soon as we have news.
