RateWatch access through a web browser
Request Summary:
Customer is requesting that RateWatch be made accessible through a web browser, in addition to the Mortgage Coach mobile app.
Current Behavior:
RateWatch is available only in the Mortgage Coach mobile app. Browser access is no longer supported.
Requested Behavior:
Customer wants to open and use RateWatch in a standard web browser on a desktop or laptop, without installing an application.
Reason and Impact:
Checking market movement on a phone throughout the workday is cumbersome and interrupts their workflow. Browser access would let them monitor rate movement on the same machine where they do the rest of their work.
