The MortgageCoach App is a mobile application available to lenders licensed for the MortgageCoach Platform. It is designed to prioritize and streamline Opportunity understanding and follow up for busy Loan Officers. The MortgageCoach App offers users:
- Urgency: Receive daily push notifications for new (or newly active) loan Opportunities, viewing a prioritized list of Opportunities, and status indicators that highlight what’s new or has the most recent engagement with Opportunities.
- Context and Understanding: Drill-through to the “why” behind each Opportunity, supported by borrower, property, and financial details. This provides a comprehensive look at the importance of the Opportunity to this borrower and offers context for meaningful conversations and building a Total Cost Analysis.
- Clear Next Steps: Tips for engagement include talking points; email, text and phone scripts; and a recommended Total Cost Analysis presentation for coaching the borrower on related loan options. “Click to contact” buttons facilitate copying scripts and using them for immediate borrower outreach via email, text or phone.
